Our Weekly Specials

Every Friday night our special is Prime Rib. Our customers rave about it!

During the rest of the week, Chef Lucien develops his daily specials according to where his mood and the fresh ingredients from the market take him.

Other specials could be:
     Roast Crown pork with apple brandy sauce,
     Halibut with lemon caper butter,
     Roast leg of lamb or Curried Lamb,
     Rosemary roasted chicken,
     Coq au vin,
     Maybe Sauerbraten, or whatever comes to the Chef's mind.
     One thing is sure it's always very good.
